Elmasonic P30H

elmasp30hI’m the Elmasonic P30H and I’m your ultrasonic cleaning device. I can clean your sample in an easy and fast way.  I’m good for smaller parts so make sure that your part fits in the small white plastic container. The most efficient way is to cover your part half way up and then flip it after a first clean. This means the cleaning process will be done twice and you will conserve isopropanol. After your parts has been cleaned carefully blowdry it with the air nozzle inside the fume cabinet.

 

Hints:

  • Fill the water tray with demineralized water to avoid limescale.
  • Keep it on SWEEP mode
  • Use 37kHz
  • The time setting depends on size of sample but minimum 3 minutes pr cycle should do the trick
