This is the 3D lab and your prototype manufacturing site. 3D printing is awesome and let us keep the lab awesome for future work.
Before you enter here are some useful tips:
- Always wear protection gear such as gloves and a grey lab coat
- Plan your work from the beginning all way to the end
- Do not operate in the lab alone
- Do not put your things inside the room but in the workshop instead
- Keep the lab clean and tidy
To elaborate on how to plan your work, it is best to see if everything is ready before you start. It begins with asking the right questions. Have I uploaded my project? Do I have access to the lab? Is there enough gloves? Is the resin available? Is there any isopropanol? Have I contacted the person responsible for disposal of my used chemicals? Have I left the lab in the state that I wish to find it in?
It alle comes down to your safety if you take responsibility, so please help us help you and your fellow lab-users.
